The Tall Trees Resort, Munnar:

Kadavu Resort, Feroke: -
Located at Feroke, Calicut, this backwater resort boasts of 58 well-appointed rooms and 10 cottages. It has been operational since September, 2001.
Malabar House Residency, Fort Cochin: -
A heritage 5 star category boutique hotel owned by Mr. Jorge Drexell and designed by Architect Mr. Abraham Tharakan. The hotel has 12 luxury rooms tastefully decorated with antique furniture and original artefacts. All rooms are centrally air- conditioned, with spacious bathrooms and a private terrace / garden. The building is surrounded by a lush garden, which also houses a swimming pool. The Malabar Junction, a multi- cuisine restaurant caters to all.
Malabar Gate Hotel, Calicut: -
Situated at the heart of Calicut city, it is a 3 star business hotel with 75 rooms. Hotel Annamalai International, Pondicherry:

Riviera Suites, Thevara Waterfront, Cochin:
The concept of Service Apartments was first introduced in Kerala by Marg and Synthite Properties and Investments Ltd. Built in an area of nearly 4 acres, it offers spacious, centrally air- conditioned, fully furnished apartments. A total of 48 apartments in 12 floors, comprising of two or three bedroom apartments and 4 luxurious penthouse suites with attached bathrooms, dining room, drawing room and an equipped kitchen is on offer. Infra Nouvelle, Kakkanad:
Infra Nouvelle is a fully furnished, serviced apartment suites located adjacent to Seaport - Airport road, in close proximity to Info Park, the IT hub of Cochin.

The Verandah, Kakkanad
The Verandah Gardens is designed as a retreat for a stress free retirement life, having been inspired by successfully run retirement homes in developed countries. Daiwik Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is also planning to put up similar hotels in various pilgrim centres throughout the country. Marg has been appointed to provide overall hotel consultancy for these projects.
KTDC Samudra, Kovalam:
Marg has been appointed to design and oversee the complete renovation of its kitchen.
Wetzlar Hotels & Resorts, Muvattupuzha:
This resort comprises of 45 units including 20 cottages. Other facilities include multi-cuisine restaurant and a large swimming pool surrounded by a water body.

After completing his schooling in Ethiopia and H.C.I.M.A at Leeds Metropolitan University, U.K, Mr. Cherian has worked with Taj Group of Hotels for 16 years. Having worked in their prestigious hotels like Taj Mahal Hotel, Bombay, Lake Palace Hotel (Udaipur), Taj Residency (Cochin), he is now the Managing Director of this company.
He has achieved experience in various fields of Hotel Management and maintains good contacts established during his career with Taj. At present he is a well known Hotel Consultant.
2. Joju Ravindranath :-
Our resident expert on technology and computers has extensive experience in project management, is instrumental for making project reports for the hotels, kitchen and equipment designing, staff training and deploying advanced technologies in hotels.
3. Sunitha Cherian :
Administrative In-charge of Marg Hospitality for the last 7 years. She also overseas all house keeping functions at the hotels.
4. Amrit Bonney:
Amrit brings with him an experience of over 5 years across advertising, research, strategic planning, sales and corporate marketing. He is the corporate head for sales and marketing for Marg group of hotels. He has worked with world renowned names like Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Thomson Reuters.
5. Remo Correya:
Remo brings with him vast experience in the online marketing. He co-ordinates the requirements across all Marg Hotels and Resorts. He maintains key internet marketing attributes like Social Media Marketing, Search Engine optimization, online advertising, blogging etc.

After completing his MBA he joined Muthoot Group and was handling the sales. At Marg, he handles the Central Reservations for all Hotels.
